Your friend is correct in part.
Cominco owned part of the current property and others in the area. Bill Bull.
RFR project has discovered new ore and advances in technology and mining has made the property more attractive.

RFR will be the only permitted mine in the BC area once mining gets moving again. With this permit, RFR can expand their current project into land adjoining Tul. thus continuing a profitable mine.

Most, if not all, of the investment community is not aware of the facts. Once the facts become omni present, this stock will return to its $9, 1992-3 price.
Strong play, IMHO.
