PROJECT MANAGER APPOINTED
Kensington Resources Ltd. (the ?Company?) is pleased to report that Brent C. Jellicoe, B.Sc., P.Geo. has been appointed Project Manager responsible for the Company?s interests in the Fort … la Corne Diamond Project in Saskatchewan.
Mr. Jellicoe has been directly involved with all aspects of diamond exploration and project management for the Fort … la Corne Joint Venture in Saskatchewan, since 1995. In particular, he has worked towards optimization of drilling procedures and diamond recovery. Recently, Mr. Jellicoe developed the architectural model defining zonation within the Fort … la Corne kimberlite bodies, which is currently being refined and tested.
Prior to 1995, Mr. Jellicoe was involved in a wide range of oil & gas and industrial mineral projects, which included diamond exploration and drilling in central Saskatchewan. Mr. Jellicoe obtained a B.Sc. (Hons.) in Geology from the University of Saskatchewan in 1987 and is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Saskatchewan. Mr. Jellicoe is a consulting geologist and principal of Jellicoe Resource Associates.

The Fort … la Corne Diamond Project is a joint venture among Monopros Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of DeBeers (DBRSY-Q) (38%), Cameco Corporation (CCO-TM;CCJ-DNQX;CMECF-L) (14%), UEM Inc. (10%) and Kensington Resources Ltd. (KRT-CDNX;KNSRF-L) (38%). The Fort … la Corne kimberlite cluster is one of the largest clusters in the world containing 71 kimberlite bodies. To date, 69 of the 71 kimberlite pipes on the site have been tested. Forty-nine kimberlite pipes have been found to be diamond-bearing, with 34 kimberlite pipes containing macrodiamonds larger than one millimetre. Details of upcoming exploration programs will be announced shortly.
