Jim, I can imagine a whole new market opening up for SNDK. Imagine selling "blank" CF cards and MMC's with sample music videos or a collage of hit singles from various top artists. With an MMC or CF purchase you also get a trial version of an mp3 software title (MusicMatch Jukebox or the like) or an executable file similar to RealNetwork's viewer that plays a 30 minute CD quality montage of a new album along with liner notes or an interview with the artist or a single high resolution music video similar to those on MTV or VH-1. The content can be saved to a PC or erased with reformatting. Then they can hit up the movie industry and co-market movie trailers with a sampling of hits from the soundtrack. The music label, movie producer and the software manufacturers pay SanDisk a per card fee for promoting the album, movie or software. Just a thought. Aus
