Elmer, re:<Intel remains under investigation by the Federal Trade Commission on other antitrust issues. In issuing a preliminary injunction, a federal trial judge in 1998 said Intel was a "monopolist" with a legal duty to make its products and intellectual property available to other comanies.>

Where's the USB 2.0 spec? I heard that Intel is revising it just months before releasing their first chipset which incorporates it.
