Why a press release was removed? It was misleading

and the action did not get consumated.
That release was the direction we were going at the time. We had a share return agreement to purchase E. Drew Crowley Enterprises DBA American Team Uniforms. They maintained a clothing business in Utah. It was discovered in Sept. that the owners had the operations of the corporation transfered to a newly formed corporation called American Team Uniforms Inc. owned by themselves and did not transfer the ownership to ESSXsport.
As a result the acquisition was not consummated. We announced this in our CPA financials and on our web site at essxsport.com
Leaving the original press release would be misleading and confusing to anyone.
We are OTC pink sheets and we are getting all the information to submit as fully reporting. We are not a fully reporting company as yet. We do intend to be before July 2000. In answer to your question yes some of that has resulted in a deeper audit. There are no problems as we never assumed any assets or liabilities nor did we consummate the acquisition.
For your information the company was worth nothing until I took the reins and I have been told by many of the shareholders that they are happy to see something moving forward.
