Please read the messages that preceded mine. "Culprit" is not my word. It was originated by ahhaha, who suggested that the public had some exclusive claim on greed. I will reply to his/her subsequent post when I get the time.

This quote you attribute to me also was somebody else's words. I was responding to them. My position on the issue is that I believe what we are experiencing now is not necessarily a "once in a lifetime" opportunity, as the author of the quote has argued. I did not make any judgements about how hard or easy it now is to make money. I did argue that with today's technology and the increased accessibility to the market it affords, most of us can in fact make it or lose it faster than ever before. Where did I say things are bad?
