and when you have a closer look at the guy that's running the show now, it's easy to see why this thing will do very well for us... Hmmmm....you mean this? CRCG (now CCAA) was a public shell and they had been looking for someone to buy them for about a year and a half. They had a few offers, but no marriage. About 30 days ago, Joseph Cala stepped up to the plate and purchased over 50% of CRCG to gain controlling interest. Mr. Cala is from Sicily and has extensive restaurant/hotel experience. Also, his family owns a 1.45 billion insurance/accounting firm,and the largest in Italy (I think the name was KKR). He is 39 years old and holds a masters degree from Stamford University and created and developed the FILA sportswear line which he built into an $800 million business, while at the same time, retaining hotels and restaurants in Europe and other parts of the world. Unfortunately, with the conversion of the yen, he lost about 95% of his worth and is 'starting over' with a current net worth of about $44 million. Mr. Cala does not see that as anything but motivation to regain it with his ventures involving CRCG (now CCAA). He is a 'mover & shaker', travels over 600k miles per year, and is extremely well connected all over the world. His goal is to take CCAA to the NYSE or the NAS. While Joe Johnston was sitting in the car with him, Mr. Cala picked up his cell phone and got the Chairman of the Board of the NYSE on the phone, saying that the guy is a personal friend of his. Baby, he can run my show and head up the parade all at the same time..LOL.
