How do you think Ericy financials will be if they lose the lawsuit with Harris and Interdigital over patent infringement? The Markman hearing against Ericy in the Harris case was decided in favor of Harris. Interdigital has had the patents in question revalidated in the past year and all briefs have been filed for Markmam hearing. On the surface it appears Ericy will have to settle both cases and this could run into multi-millions. Of course neither case is final and courts do not always let justice prevail. Since you are overseas I would like your opinion on this. Nokia has agreed they own the patents at Interdigital and for past infringement and hired IDC to develop 3G product for them.
