Richard;

I respect your opinion on PCLN.

The question I have for you, is that if PCLN has a business model which will revolutionize a part of our economy, why do they need to "bribe" their biggest suppliers (Delta Airlines and others) with huge warrant positions in PCLN in order to have these suppliers provide them with inventory to sell?

This FACT is hardly indicative of a company with a revolutionary and proprietary business model. These suppliers should be banging down PCLN's door to get the company to unload their excess inventory, not require PCLN to give them huge equity stakes for the pleasure.

It just doesn't quite add up to what you claim, at least not in my mind.

S Pal
