I think that best way to play biotech is to spread your bets, even more so than usual.

Hazards of poor trial results and not getting FDA approval, time and cost to market treatments are all legitimate reasons to fear biotech.

Although charts look like net stocks, biotech does not move in internet time, far from it.

That said, there are sure to be some real drugs/treatments coming down the pipeline, and the successful companies will be very successful.

I think drug/therapy delivery will be a real issue in many cases.

The most intriguing companies to me (in no particular order) are RZYM, ALKS, CEGE (due to good fundamentals also ownership of ABGX), MLNM (driven CEO with good fundamentals), PDLI, INHL, and MAXY. CRA and AFFX are obvious choices as well.
