Actually, guns don't kill people, bullets kill people.

Suppose one were to pull a gun and point it at someone, threaten to shoot them, and cause the person to have a heart attack, and die.

Who/What/Which is at fault then?

Certainly not the bullet.

P.S. While we are on the subject of bullets, is it really the bullet, the case, the primer or the powder that is the culprit?
