but still needs to knock on Intel and IBM's door to manufacture there chips. Actually, the market for those chips is knocking on INTC door, and INTC must get permission from Q* to produce those chips or lose the business to someone else who will produce those chips. Does not put Q* in a vulnerable position at all. If the market place does not want the chips, makes no difference whether Q* has a fab or not. If the market does want those chips, somebody will make them. My opinion only. Regards, Martin Thomas
