It has been stated on the boards that iTech will begin
their promotion now that the name and symbol change are
taking place. (Silly to promote themselves as Jordex when
they will begin trading as iTech soon.) Currently trading
with a market cap less than 1/3 that of T.VEN. More, and
better, investments in my opinion. AGM sometime near the
end of April. Financing coming soon. All investments so
far have been in US based companies. NASDAQ listing later
in the year is a possibility.

Only public company to have a pre-IPO piece of Medsite.com.

A number of other investments including $1.5 million in
Elastic Networks (a Nortel spinoff). Medsite IPO on April
10-11 according to EDGAR Online.
