G*'s alternative valuation

Let us think of G* as an IPO, with a prospectus containing all the relevant information as those in the recent research reports from the major brokerages, and suppose the IPO is priced at $16 per share. Now using Market Guide's average p/b ratio (10x) for the telecommunications service industry, I think that G* might have gapped open and reach a high of $60+ per share on the first day of trading....Any comments?
