John, "I suppose it could be true this time" I really think so. I don't know how many households own a computer, but 1 in 4 own (an outdated) PS. Even this old model is held in high regard by gamesters, and they are not going to wait until MS gets its act together again. Sony's biggest threat to Wintel is that they achieved their position on merit, in the well executed marketing of a long string of innovative products. That is more than said about the Redmont maffia. When it comes to marketing, both MS and INTC have the finesse of a chain saw. Alan
