Hi Telepanel Followers;
Does anyone have any idea why it takes this company so long to execute business.We heard during their teleconference that we will see significant deals before Q1 ends....just days away.

I suspect that we are seeing a financing here at these prices...private placement???Why does it take months to do a simple PP...Telepanel needs to beef up its efficacy at management level.

There's no excuse for such incompetence.
