I have no idea of the quantitative loss from the law suit, however these 'new economy stocks' are bustling with activity on momentum, future expectations and cyber maths, as such any negatives such as loss of market share or potential top line loss are discounted by the market as inconsequential.. if the present value of the future cash flow with the help of a discount numbers throws out 100$ that is what marketis presently concentrating on..
