not really.....used to be a saying on the street, many years ago: "if the majority was always correct, everybody would be rich"........still applies.

imagine being in a theater....someone yells fire, you discern there is no fire by using all your senses....the crowd stampedes and heads for the exit...you wait till the dust settles, and move from your cheap balcony seat to the orchestra pit....

all this to say, if you wait until the "crowd" reverses, and comes to its senses, then you are part of the "crowd"
