No, it isn't - I first asked the BROKER - #2 on cybers phones - and he told me he must go to a trading terminal to enter trades. I later called and spoke to the broker manager and he confirmed this fact.

To think that the person you call in an emergency to get out of a stock does not even have to ability to IMMEDIATELY enter your trade is almost beyond belief to me considering what Cyber is - or is suppose to be.
