TA on ELON: bougth a scad of ELON at the open, at 94
it helps to be Irish, lucky me
sent PM's to couple buddies last night telling of intention
talked with Shastri Volti this morning
after two weeks of disgestion in 80-100 range, this little dynamo simply did NOT give back squat
I kept expectorating it to yield back to its shorterm 18day MA at 75 now, but it refused
oftentimes a trigger is hitting its 18MA after sideways movement
this one apparently didnt feel like waiting
news keeps coming in, on both continents
been fixated on this ELON chart all weekend
finally the pattern became apparent: "pause pattern"
its resumption seemed imminent to me suddenly
all it needed was a little time to digest its gains
what tipped me over was the totally dormant daily stochastic indicator
check it out, flatline for over a week, no wavey nothing
and volume was steady eddy steady
this pause pattern is identical to QCOM's at 285-305 in November breakout,
a mere pause prior to extending gains
so I concluded IMMINENT BREAKOUT last night on ELON
it was Volt who kept at me to buy
lucky me, in at 94
still gots 10 times as much QCOM shares though
resumption patterns tend to double their recent gains
50 to 100 then to new target: 140-150
very pleased to hear one munchkin on this thread bought back ELON cc's at open

more luck: bought medium batch of CNXT yday
got upgraded today, up nicely
holding: QCOM, QCOM, QCOM, QCOM, ELON, CREE, cnxt, nexl
lower case for small position
I only like upcoming gorillas with longterm sustaining power
