Ward (or anyone), I'm interested in your viewpoint on this kind of trade. I've been accumulating V:AXN because they are trading at a discount to the 5.94:1 ratio which V:LKC committed to in their acquisition agreement (http://www.newswire.ca/releases/February2000/07/c1582.html).

I don't expect the deal to be complete before the end of the month but I do expect it will be completed. Also, I like LOOK long term and will likely keep a portion of the position I establish with this trade.
