Most of this company aren't a scam at all. But for the beginning company's who have no great lawyer, the new regulation of the SEC is killing them (JMHO). I know a company (ONLY 10 MILES FROM MY HOME) trading on NASDAQ for more than $100, I NEVER should recommend to my clients and friends. The only reasons the price is so high are 1ø Bill gates did put a few million in it. 2ø All tech stocks priced on Nasdaq are to high :-$))) Almost a year ago, they have been investigated by SEC to and they had to change their fillings!!! They where down to $20 !!!
