I think Pat's reasoning is to have the increase now to insure the loan and vote again on the RS during construction to lessen the chance of the stock loosing it's value post split. Isoman's theory is prbly right on target. There is no doubt they will have to RS to see the stock price they want. In the end we will have the same results IMO
