During 1999 I periodicly downloaded my transactions into StreetSmart, then exported a .txf file into TaxCut. (It required some tweaking, but that's another story.)

For 2000 I'm accessing my Schwab account and downloading transactions into Quicken 2000, which can export .txf files to TaxCut.

I recall that only six months of transactions were available for download into Quicken2000. Best bet is to call Schwab tech support and see what they can suggest.
