Bill, I think you and I have conversed about this topic, maybe not (I'm losing my mind <gg>) But one way to analyze the probability of terrestrial phone build out, cellular build out and sat buildout in these underdeveloped countries is to look at cost. 1- Land lines are horribly expensive, you need CO's, fiber, digging, etc... No here 2- Cellular- you need towers placed everywhere, these are expensive but I do not know how much. 3-G* Sat booth- Plop! There you go, sounds pretty easy to me, eh... I too believe this is a real opportunity for GSTRF. AM I missing something!? Regards, MileHigh
