I think that the hold time for a Plat sig in only 15 minutes as compared to 20-30 minutes for the lowly dirtbag customer.

I'm still trying to get Schwab to execute my DTC to Fidelity, they are ridiculus as I now have to call them everyday wait on hold for 20 minutes before I can get someone to promise that he will execute the DTC transfer the next day. However the next day there has been no transfer done.
