Walter: A reverse merger is a transaction in which the shell (the publicly traded entity that has no going revenue-generating business) acquires a non-public hopefully profitable business. The results can be phenomenal.

If you have this stock, I would hold it at this point. I just bought in today. Only got part of my order filled before the price shot upward.
