Steve, Mike Martino called me this morning. We had a pleasant conversation. Bottom line is FDA wants to see a revision of the package insert (the one nobody ever read) that tells doctors what the product is, where to use it, and which patients not to use it on. Company is in mid to late stage discussions with marketing partners for Echogen in Germany and Spain. A PanEuropean marketing and distribution agreement is what the company aims for. Martino will be meeting with FDA soon to address the labeling issue. I don't think the process will take very long. Regards, Tom
