I think my friend is right and TD just continues to provide bad service and really don't want to improve it. My friend was really mad last night. He thought he could get to Webbroken quicker during night time. He called at 1:00 midnight and waited. He was cut-off at 1:35 while waiting. He tried to call again but he got a recording message that Telemax was not available. He tried a 1-800 number but the number was just ringing. He tried a 982 number and he waited until 3:00 before he got a Webbroken agent and it was nearly one and half hour wait during midnight. He asked how many people worked at night but the agent refused to tell him. My friend told the agent that he was cut-off during the first try after he already waited for about half hour. The agent told him that the system needed to shut down Telemax from 2:00 to 4:00 to updated the Oracle data base. My friend told the agent that he didn't know about that and there should be a warning record message so people would not use Telemax before 2:00. (Think about you wait for a long time and then disconnect and need to call and wait again.) And he asked why he was cut-off at 1:35 and the agent didn't know why. My friend said all the Webbroken excuses were BS. The RRSP season is over. There is no trading in midnight. Why he still needed to wait one and half hour at night? It is same as during week-end. Webbroken just don't want to get more people or put in more resources to solve the problem. He wants me to put a message in the net so other people know about his bad experience during night time. You cannot get a Webbroken agent quicker during night time and you better go to get a good sleep. I hope my friend can get a good sleep tonight.
