Hi Bernard, Another poster informed me privately that Ultracom is alive. At the risk of getting us in trouble with the Gildies (again), I wanted to make sure you had seen the following. If it's true, I would say that Terayon finally will have the technology lead they have been claiming! Terayon in talks to buy Israeli firm JERUSALEM, March 14 (Reuters) - Terayon Communication Systems is negotiating the purchase of Israeli technology company Ultracom for $60-$70 million in a share swap, the Yedioth Ahronoth newspaper said on Tuesday.
