Dear Rudedog: After thinking about the sum of your posts I have come to the conclusion that CPQ has to be horribly mismanged. Something is wrong somewhere. Cant be the biggest or close in Servers, in Storage, in Service and still have such lousy numbers unless they are terribly inefficient in manufacturing, marketing and selling their PC's I bet if someone sat down and worked up ALL the costs they are selling them at a loss, whereas for the same or similar price Dell makes a nice profit. This Capellas fellow is supposed to be from manufacturing isnt he? Hope he knows what in the hell he is doing. JDN
