(NASDAQ: TTIL - news), a leading provider of integrated, turnkey software solutions for telecom service providers, announced today that it was awarded a contract by deltathree.com, Inc. (NASDAQ: DDDC - news) for an integrated Network and Service Management Solution for its advanced VoIP network. First phase installation is slated for completion during the second quarter of 2000.

The system will manage deltathree.com's cutting edge VoIP Routers, Gateways and Gatekeepers, as well as their Interactive Voice Response systems.
In selecting a solution to manage its network and its services, deltathree.com considered a number of possible approaches.
