Pravin, This would certainly be a good time to spin off the flash. OTOH, AMD has never really been in a position to enhance shareholder value so it remains to be seen if they act. They also may feel they need Flashes profits for a rainy day but with falsh only a stones throw away from commoditization that would be tenuous thinking at best... Now would be a good time... Jim
