Indeed, AlGore is responsible. After all, he and Clinton take credit for things like the economy which they haven't influenced for the better, so why shouldn't they get credit for the results of their failed policies?

I have read some reports that the Clinton/AlGore administration encouraged higher prices to help Russia pay its way. And we know for a fact that AlGore has been pushing for higher gas prices for years. He must figure that will help his OXY stock.
