I don't disagree. The blue print of Human Genome is not patentable any more than the atomic makeup of water. So what is the President trying to give away today if its already been given away?

My perception is that he wants to expand on the US Patent Office statement that says you can't patent the blueprint of DNA. I doubt he'll be successful, but he'll hurt this market and industry why he tries to do it.
