Tue 14 Mar 2000 News Release
Mr. David Houston reports
Airbomb.com Marketing has developed a secure,
password-operated Web site for "B2B" business-to-business)
e-commerce, catering to sporting goods retailers and other
e-commerce sites. The new on-line store offers high
performance bicycles, components and frames sourced directly from Airbomb.com's overseas suppliers and other original equipment manufacturers (OEMs). This Web site will further enhance the company's ability to participate in large transactions of product at the wholesale level and to barter product between manufacturers and retailers.

Airbomb.com is pleased to announce it has signed its first B2B agreement with Nukeproof Industries of Grand Rapids, Mich., a leading U.S. manufacturer of high-quality cycling components.

The agreement with Nukeproof allows Airbomb.com to market its products with the well-known 'Nukeproof' name co-branded with the 'Airbomb' name. In addition, Nukeproof will manufacture product directly for Airbomb.com with
the Airbomb.com label. Airbomb.com will assist Nukeproof in Web marketing on their very busy Web site.

"Airbomb is perfectly positioned to capture a significant share of the growing imported bike market," says David Houston, president of Airbomb.com Marketing. "The dramatic success of American Lance Armstrong winning the Tour de France has increased interest in cycling in North America. With a strong name on our private label bikes we expect to beat our internal projections for private label unit sales this year." Bicycle imports to the U.S. were 13.9 million units in 1998 and are expected to be higher for 1999.
