As I've repeated ad nauseum on the Raging Bull message board, I am not panicking about the increase in outstanding shares development. SycoNet is basically in a news blackout period right now with fully reporting status very near. I remain confident that once it becomes fully reporting, all bets are off in terms of what news might await us and where the stock may go. My money continues to be where my mouth is. As a side note, the need for capital and possibility of an increase in outstanding shares was clearly laid out in the 10QSB.
