Margin Debt I am glad to see all the Naz high-rollers have been increasing their margin debt of late. Numbers just out show the following in billions with the percentage figures showing sequential growth: September: 179,316 October: 182,272 (1.65%) November: 206,280 (13.17%) December: 228,530 (10.79%) January: 243,490 (6.59%) February: 265,210 (8.92%) From September through February, margin debt increased 48%!!! And after a rest in January, margin debt increased sequentially at a higher rate. Come on folks, jump on board with the smart money and let's push it higher!!! All aboard !!! Anyone heard what Batman has said about margin lending as a risk to the market? Not me.
