Interesting the 400 for one consolidation, then a 1 for 100 split to effectively get a 1 for 4 consolidation. The only reason to do this is to make sure anyone with less than 400 old shares will be sent a cheque rather than keep them on the expensive to maintain mailing list. Makes sense to me.
