Maybe Clinton. Greenspan and Buffet will cook up something over night to take away the 6 point gain in Oracle's stock trading on instanet.. Just think now Bill can say in his memoirs that not only did he screw Monica but on March 14, 2000 he screwed every stock holder in America as well by causing the Nasdaq to have the second largest drop in History. Talk about having an orgy without even inhaling. Now that is something to be fully proud in accomplishing. Maybe this will be part of the Democratic key note address Frank
