Hi James,

The Secondary is not designed to bail out Rite Aid. Rite Aid has a rider of a small portion of the secondary. What's the Diff if they make an open market Block Transaction or attach it along with the secondary. Same end result. Besides they will still hold some DSCM.

You know that an exodus of large block transactions would be of concern. We don't have that. But big companies move in a big way. If Rite Aid needs to move it's shares big deal. Last Q showed an equil number of Institutional Buying & Selling. Please don't over-react.

The secondary is likely to raise funding in order to make some acquisitions or some other significant development. If it ends up in the hands of a few more institutions do you have any idea how fast DSCM will move to the upside once it rolls out it's business strategy a little further.

How about seeing Vanguard as a top 10 Institutional shareholder. That or that Amazon.com is in deep too. Both the old economy & new economy seeing eye to eye. DSCM will be a winner. By the way there are 48 to 51 institutions holding 29% of DSCM float at this time. Leaving a public float of around 6.5 million. My friend that makes DSCM a screaming buy based on how fast it will move once it takes off based on the story about to unfold.

Relax the company is going through a quiet period untill the secondary flys...

BEST WISHES
Jeffrey
