Just FYI, from Canada-Stockwatch news:
" Kaiser says Jordex a partial sell Jordex Resources Inc JDX Shares issued 30,374,357 Mar 14 close $3.25 Tue 14 Mar 2000 In the News John Kaiser, writing in the Bottom-Fish Action for the period Feb. 14-25, says Jordex Resources, now $3.74, is a partial sell. Mr. Kaiser recommends selling 25 per cent of the stock, noting that the stock gapped up on no apparent news. The letter writer recommended Jordex in December, 1997, at 87 cents, again in December, 1998, at 50 cents, and in February, 1999, at 59 cents. In the current report, he notes with approval that the company made a $1.5-million (U.S.) equity investment in Elastic Networks Inc., a spinoff from giant Nortel Networks. Nortel maintains a majority interest in this provider of DSL technology. Elastic offers a variety of products based on its patented Etherloop burst-mode DSL technology that is effective in gaining better performance from copper telephone wires. Mr. Kaiser says for all the hype about fibre optics, the fact is most of the world is heavily wired with copper. Jordex changed its name to iTech Capital at the company's annual meeting and Mr. Kaiser says the information circular discloses that insiders own only 4.9 million shares. "
Worth noting, however, his subscribers got this rec back in Feb and have had lots of time to act on it, so I wouldn't expect a lot of anything now. Just useful to have all the info.
