Unless you want to do the basket approach (ugh), it might be best to wait and see how it shapes up. UF, you are getting to be a bit stodgy... if a rising tide raises all boats...why not? i see voice...as an enormous market. the products i have tried do not work the same nor is the training the same. i love that difference about the voice products...i find it wonderful...fascinates me!....why??? because i know none of us wants to learn 5 different ways to speak to a cellphone or a pc or anything else. how many ways do we need to speak english? i believe the market will settle on a standard and soon. that is why i am only considering the first movers with actual design wins and products out there. if general motors likes gmgc for on-star why shouldn't i? what will ford use? will they really expect gm owners to learn a different lingo for ford's voice software? i see voice as a rising tide....now that i have said that...keep an eye out...it is amazing how many different ways voice is getting into our lives. now i will shut my voice. uw
