<<Once you get that far, is there a tab ( like an index card tab - click on it ) that says "mail format" ?>> yes there is an index card like image that includes a ink pen image but no "mail format" is shown,and it does not respond to clicking(except on a right click i get a "what is this?" message --- it is getting quirky no? pax max
