No help.... But get away from Etrade. I spent a year with them of which I spent 11 months trying to deal with customer service. It's nice to know that they haven't changed...all I ever got out of them was a polite You and your horse, too. Someday, we will all trade this way.... When that day comes, I'll be buying US Savings bonds... I hope you have better luck than I ever did. lee
