Mr. Charles Wills reports
The 84th annual Northwestern
International Bowling Congress
Tournament
(NIBC) will be held this year at the
Zone's facilities in Richmond, B.C.
Taking place every weekend during the
month of May, there will be 500 teams
of five per team competing in four
different events: doubles, singles, team
and all events. Participants in this
NIBC Tournament come from Alaska,
Idaho, Montana, Oregon, Washington,
and the four western provinces --
British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan
and Manitoba.
President, Mr. Charles Wills, states:
"We are very pleased to have been
awarded the opportunity to host the
84th annual NIBC Tournament at our
state-of-the-art facilities in Richmond.
This tournament, along with the
recent national television coverage we
received while hosting the Canadian
Bowling Championships, is valuable
exposure for the Zone as we continue our
expansion throughout Canada and the
United States."
