Morgan Stanley & Amazon.com,

James. Tell me. What does one pay for a few sec superbowl commercial? Then give me a breakdown of the market potential to DSCM.

Lets see if this analysis is correct...

"Online sales of drugs, vitamins and personal-care products will soar to about $6.3 billion in five years from $213 million last year, according to Forrester Research Inc., which tracks e- commerce."

OK so let's say DSCM manages 15% of that figure in three to five years because of aggressive market penitration along with strategic acquisitions that establish it as a leader in the sector. That translates to $945,000,000 in sales with just 15% market penitration. Would that itsy bitsy amount DSCM pays out to Amazon.com each year matter.

In the Q ending Jan DSCM garnered $18 million in sales. That's $72 million in sales if you extrapolate it out over four quarters. That's 33% of a 213 million market. Can you see the growth potential of DSCM. My figure was based on 15%. What if they agressively retain a 33% presence of a 6.3 billion market. Right...No More Worries... : )

So at what price did Morgan Stanley sell it's shares. $50 $60 $70? That does not bother me one bit. It tells me Morgan Stanley is sharp. That they plan on being around for a long time. That they saw an opportunity & did the right thing. This is the nature of the markets. No one holds forever. No one. If a large percentage of institutions were selling off then ok maybe there would be a problem. That's not happening. Think about those still invested. What close to 50 instutions.

Are they worrying that MS sold 40% of it's position. No they don't worry. They make decisions based on future potential like you & I. If certain events happen which I consider will erode my investments potential I move on. That has not happened.

Actually I expect Drugstore.com to be a sector leader so garnering 15% market share seems like a no-brainer. Patience nothings wrong IMO.

PS: Are you positive about anything relative to DSCM?

BEST WISHES
Jeffrey
