Shit happens.... And then it gets interesting..... I knew Art was a friend and I knew he rode 'bikes'....rode with him and rode one of his bikes at times. He, also, hunted and fished and was businessman. And he had seen crazy...sometimes with me. I haven't owned a 'bike' in several years but it was a part of him....and it seemed to be required that 'friends' have a get-together after services. He would have wanted that. It was surprising to see the diversity of people that had a 'biking' connection to him. From my banker (I didn't know that) on down(?). I was surprised that in such a gathering that a 'get-together' involved a 3 day drunk. I had to do CPR on my liver every 4 hours....and I never want to hear Gimme Shelter again. With certain elements, when you are too drunk to drink anymore, you ride bikes at high speeds down country roads.....which sobers you up enough to drink some more. Something in the back of my mind told me that this logic might be faulty, but it worked. The fresh air does wonders.... Anyone know how long the waiting list for livers is? lee
