The 30 Million financing by Commonwealth indicates that Intelispan will be moving onto the Nasdaq Large Cap Board with Microsoft and the big boys. What a great way to take the "E" off the IVPNE. I don't think there is any question that the they are working on the listing as we speak. The recent increase in share price and volume may indicate that the "Move Up" to the big board may be forthcoming. I will explain my thoughts and I look forward to some constructive criticism and/or enlightenment. IVPNE stock increased sharply in value prior to the January 20th news release, explaining the 30 Million Private Placement. Look at the daily trade volumes prior to the news release. The stock then falls out of the news and trades between $4 - $5 over the next 7 weeks, forming a new resistance level at $4. Daily trading volume fell off because of no news but the stock retained consistent liquidity. Daily trade volumes are again starting to increase with 185,800 yesterday and 374,900 today. IVPN started the filing process around mid January and from what I can understand, it takes approx. 60 days to obtain listing approval. It's march 14th today (almost day 60) and daily trade volume is way up. Buying pressure drove the stock higher on a day the markets were down sharply. I think this stock is going to make a run up in the next few days. It looks like the company is significant, their technology sounds interesting and they seem to have good management, but for me I see an imminent stock play. If anyone knows more about the company, speak up before I sell my recently aquired stock for quick profit taking. I can see from their web site that the company has been awarded several industry "Best of Show" and "Enterprise Excellence" awards. But what are VPN's and ATM/FrameRelays? Can anyone tell me what a Privatized Layer 3 Transport is? Hey you never know, maybe I need a "TradeSpan Instant Extranet" and I don't know it yet. Please share any research you people have on this company. I see some people recommend this company as a strong short an long term buy, why long? What do you know that I don't know? Talk to me SOON.
