BGR: Good points. Statistics if properly used can be extremely useful in testing hypotheses and theories. How else were some of the physical "laws" and their limitations verified ? Surely the web seems to increase productivity in all aspects including manufacturing information trash at a fast turnaround times with little formal research to back it up. At least in this aspect lots of "computing power" on the web is being used for questionable end use, such as this article for example :-) But can be justified based on entertainment value it serves, I guess ! Simba
